CDR-1284: SR Set: Musée Marmottan and Monet

The study of Impressionism would hardly be possible without the large collection of paintings and drawings by Claude Monet and his fellow Impressionist painters in the Musée Marmottan. A large number of sketches illustrates the ideas Monet developed into his paintings and--thanks to the advent of photography—photos of family and friends offer real insights into the artist's personal life and surroundings. Included are personal letters, account books, sales receipts, and his palette. Available exclusively at Scholars Resource. September 2011
